We thank you for visiting the Miss Bella Bridal website. This website is owned and operated by Zalmontie Bridal Pty Ltd trading as Miss Bella Bridal (ABN 30 659 631 544). By accessing and/or ordering from this website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions listed below.
Miss Bella Bridal reserves the right to collect and store information regarding the purchaser and recipient in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will adhere to all Australian Consumer laws. We may disclose this information to third parties like Australia Post who coordinate our deliveries.
It is the responsibility of our customer to ensure the details which are provided to us are correct, including but not limited to the recipients’ contact details and products chosen.
Miss Bella is not responsible for incorrect contact details supplied to us by the customer. If we do receive an undeliverable parcel, we will endeavour to contact the purchaser no more than two attempts. At this time, the purchaser may be required to pay for a further Australia Post Postage fee for redelivery.
Our stock is ordered in advance, and we make every effort to have stock available at all times, however, in some certain circumstances a product may not be available. If we are unable to supply any particular product, the item will not be dispatched, and the customer will receive a refund.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Tues-Fri 10am-3pm).
Miss Bella Bridal will endeavour to ensure that the descriptions and specifications in relation to the products featured on the website are accurate and kept up to date. Miss Bella Bridal does not guarantee that those descriptions and specifications are accurate or free from errors and or omissions.
Miss Bella Bridal reserves the right to make any necessary corrections and or updates to the product descriptions or specifications without notice.
All orders are subject to Australia Post delivery times within your state or territory and alternative shipping options are not provided.
Due to Covid-19, delivery times are subject to Australia Post which can vary from state to state or territory.
We will provide you with tracking numbers if applicable through Australia Post with orders upon despatching.
Miss Bella Bridal prides itself on the quality of products we supply, and we endeavour you’ll receive your order in excellent condition. Although the upmost care is taken in the preparation and the packaging of your order, if in transit your goods arrive damaged in any way, please send us photographic evidence along with your details hello@missbella.com.au within 7 business days and we’ll endeavour to rectify the issue for you.
Customers can purchase our products via the website or in store. Upon ordering on our website, a customer will receive an order confirmation via email once the order has been processed and dispatched. It’s the customers responsibility to check their email for this confirmation.
Special order customers must contact Miss Bella via hello@missbella.com.au to confirm special order details. Separate Terms & Conditions apply to special orders which will be supplied at the time of ordering.
Following payment of the purchase price being confirmed by Miss Bella Bridal, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm payment has been received. Please note your order cannot be processed for shipping if the correct shipping costs are not correct.
Cancellation of orders must be made prior to dispatch with Australia Post. We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises and is with Australia Post. Once an order has been cancelled the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
Miss Bella does not offer refunds or store credit for change-of-mind. A refund or replacement is only available for a faulty product. If your order is faulty or damaged, please send photographic evidence to Miss Bella within 7 days of receiving the item via hello@missbella.com.au
Miss Bella Bridal uses Stripe for its credit card payment gateway. Credit card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys and are stored on separate machines. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the online payments industry.
