Shipping Information

Orders will processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

Tracking information will be supplied to the customer via email.

Special Orders (gowns made to size, colour etc.) can only be ordered by contacting Miss Bella via hello@missbella.com.au. Special Orders will receive a separate contract and terms & conditions.

All orders are sent via Australia Post, and shipping times may vary. Approximate delivery times can be found via the offical AusPost website.

Miss Bella cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping – all delay enquiries should be directed to Australia Post.

Returns Policy

Miss Bella does not provide a refund or credit for change of mind.

Miss Bella will provide a replacement or refund for any faulty items. If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please send photographic evidence along with your order details to hello@missbella.com.au within 7 business days and we will endeavour to rectify the issue for you.

Cancellation of an order must be made prior to dispatch. We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has been dispatched.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer.
